1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Biggest Brain (the "App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Biggest Brain is a competitive brain-training game where users complete timed challenges across four categories (Math, Memory, Logic, Visual), compete on leaderboards, and challenge friends. The App is free to download and play, is supported by advertising, and offers an optional in-app purchase. It is available for iOS (App Store) and Android (Google Play).

3. Accounts

• You may use the App as a guest or sign in with Google or Apple.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• Usernames must be 3-20 characters and must not be offensive or impersonate others.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to play games or manipulate scores.
• Exploit bugs or vulnerabilities to gain unfair advantages.
• Harass, abuse, or send inappropriate content to other users.
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or data.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.

5. Advertising

The free version of the App shows occasional full-screen ads between optional game rounds (Quick Play and Training). The Daily Challenge never contains ads. The App also offers voluntary reward videos — watching one in exchange for an in-game perk (such as a streak shield) is always your choice and never required to play.

6. In-App Purchases

• Remove Ads is a one-time, non-consumable purchase that permanently disables interruption ads on every device where you use the same account. Voluntary reward videos remain available after purchase.
• All payments are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play) under their terms. We never receive your payment details.
• Refunds are handled exclusively by Apple or Google according to their store policies — we cannot issue refunds directly.
• If you reinstall the App or switch devices, use "Restore purchase" in the App to re-apply a previous purchase at no cost.
• In-game perks earned through reward videos (such as streak shields) have no monetary value, cannot be transferred or redeemed, and may be adjusted for game balance.

7. Scores and Leaderboards

We reserve the right to remove scores or accounts that we believe were achieved through cheating or violate these terms. Leaderboard rankings are provided as-is and may be reset periodically.

8. Intellectual Property

All content in the App, including games, graphics, sounds, and code, is owned by Biggest Brain and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without permission.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms. You may stop using the App at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be available at all times, error-free, or that scores will be preserved indefinitely.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Biggest Brain shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

14. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what data we collect and how we use it, including how advertising works. It forms part of these terms.
