Privacy Policy

1. Information We Collect

When you use Biggest Brain, we may collect:

  • Account information: Your name, email address, and profile picture when you sign in with Google or Apple.
  • Game data: Scores, game history, achievements, and streak information.
  • Social data: Your friends list and friend requests within the app.
  • Device information: Device type, operating system, and app version for debugging and compatibility.
  • Purchase information: If you make an in-app purchase (such as Remove Ads), we store a record of your entitlement. Payment itself is processed entirely by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play) — we never see your payment details.
  • Advertising identifiers: If ads are enabled and you give permission, our advertising partner may use your device's advertising identifier (IDFA on iOS, AAID on Android) — see "Advertising" below.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  • Provide and maintain the game experience.
  • Display leaderboards and enable competition with friends.
  • Track your scores, streaks, and achievements.
  • Improve the app and fix bugs.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. Your information may be shared in the following limited ways:

  • Leaderboards: Your display name and scores are visible to other players.
  • Friends: Users you connect with can see your profile and scores.
  • Service providers: We use our hosting providers for authentication and data storage, and Google/Apple for sign-in services.

4. Advertising

Biggest Brain shows ads through Google AdMob: occasional full-screen ads between optional game rounds (never during the Daily Challenge), and voluntary reward videos you can choose to watch for in-game perks such as streak shields.

  • On iOS, we ask for your permission through Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt. If you decline, you still get ads — just non-personalized ones.
  • In the EEA and UK, we ask for your consent before personalized ads are shown, in line with GDPR.
  • AdMob may collect device identifiers, IP address, and ad-interaction data. See Google's Privacy Policy for details on how Google processes this data.
  • The one-time Remove Ads purchase permanently disables interruption ads. Reward videos remain available but are always your choice.

5. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely by our hosting providers. We use industry-standard encryption for data in transit and at rest. Authentication tokens are stored securely on your device.

6. Your Rights

You can:

  • Update your username and profile information in Settings.
  • Remove friends at any time.
  • Delete your account and all associated data directly in the app (Settings → Delete Account), or by contacting us.

7. Children's Privacy

Biggest Brain is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected such information, please contact us.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new policy on this page and updating the date above.
